A truly elegant choice for any occasion, CAMBOZOLA Black Label is the reserve version of our classic CAMBOZOLA, with stronger notes of blue, a taller profile, and beautiful gray-mold exterior. CAMBOZOLA Black Label is a soft ripened cheese with blue mold, aged longer, and at a colder temperature, yielding bolder blue flavor and a wonderfully smooth texture that simply melts on the tongue. CAMBOZOLA Black Label was awarded “Best of Class“ in the category “Blue Cheese with Exterior Molding“ at the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin in 2022.

What to expect:

Gray, bloomy and edible exterior. Creamy yellow-white soft interior with several striations of blue mold.

Pairings: Pair it with a red wine or strong beer. Serve it at room temperature with baguette, honeycomb, fresh berries, or salami. Top a steak, burger, or grilled Portobello mushroom for an indulgent meal.

CAMBOZOLA Black Label, 70% fat i.d.m., 2 kg

A creamy soft cheese with stronger blue notes than CAMBOZOLA Classic. CAMBOZOLA Black Label has an elegant tall profile and beautiful natural gray mold exterior. The blue notes become slightly sweet with age.
CAMBOZOLA Black Label is a premium blue vein and fine grey mold soft-ripened cheese. With its fine grey natural mold on the outside and the fine blue veins on the inside, its characteristic appearance is visually appealing. A longer, colder maturation gives CAMBOZOLA Black Label its fine aroma and wonderful creaminess.
