During the cheese making process, we add all-natural paprika extract which brings out its beautiful red exterior color and adds just a hint of flavor. The result is ROUGETTE Bavarian Red, a rich, creamy, and colorful addition to any cheese assortment.
What to expect:
Reddish-orange and white, edible exterior. Creamy yellow-white soft interior. Mild aroma.
PAIRINGS: Pair it with a white or sparkling wine or a red ale. Serve it at room temperature with baguette and fresh fruits or jams. Slice into a salad, melt onto a pizza or layer into a sandwich for rich midday treat.

In the fresh state, ROUGETTE Bavarian Red is mild, becoming delicately tangy with age. The delicious red-white skin gives it its characteristic note.
