BONFIRE Cauliflower & Hempseed Bake with olives and tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

1 pack of BONFIRE
Cauliflower & Hempseed Bake
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g black olives
2 tbsp olive oil
1 baguette
4 sprigs of thyme
salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven 180°C). Wash the tomatoes, remove the tomato stem base, cut in half and place in a baking dish, add the black olives.
Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and herbs. Place the Cauliflower & Hempseed Bake on top of the tomatoes and olives. Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

2. Cut the baguette. Place the baguette slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven (top/bottom heat 200°C / fan oven 180°C) for approx. 10 minutes.

3. Remove the Cauliflower & Hempseed Bake with tomatoes and olives from the oven and serve with baguette.
