INGREDIENTS

1 pack of BONFIRE Crispy
Camembert for Dipping
50 g pecan nuts
200 ml water
1 pear
1 tbsp sugar
(for caramelizing the pear)
3 tbsp sugar
(for caramelizing the pecans)
½ tsp chilli flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the sugar in a pan, add the diced pears and caramelize over a medium heat until soft. Then set aside. Heat the sugar and water in a pan, add the
pecan nuts and season with chili flakes. Season with chili flakes. Stir until the nuts are evenly caramelized. Allow the nuts to cool and chop coarsely.

2. Preheat the oven (200°C top/bottom heat, 180°C fan oven). Add the Crispy Camembert for Dipping according to the instructions. Remove the finished
product from the oven and make a cross-shaped cut on the surface. Cut into the surface. Fold open at the four corners. Place the diced pears on top of the
cheese and sprinkle with chopped pecans and rosemary. Bake for a further 8-12 minutes, depending on the desired browning.

3. Remove the finished cheese from the oven, arrange on a plate and serve with crackers.
