The only German triple cream premium brie in the US. Fiorella di Tomino is made in Bavaria, Germany from locally sourced milk, and distinguished by its flower shape format, inspired by the alpine flowers (“Fiore”) and grasses on which the cows graze in summer months. Fiorella has an exquisitely silky texture, stands up to cutting, and has a refined crème fraiche taste.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Bloomy white edible exterior. Creamy yellow-white soft interior. Mild aroma. 

PAIRINGS:

Pair it with a white or sparkling wine. Serve it at room temperature with baguette and fresh fruits or jams for breakfast or pair it with charcuterie vegetables and crisp crackers for a cheese board.

FIORELLA DI TOMINO is lactose-free due to the natural maturation process during cheese-making. Our cheeses are all naturally gluten-free and because we use microbial rennet, they are 100% vegetarian-friendly.

WHAT DOES “SOFT-RIPENED” MEAN?

A soft-ripened cheese is a cheese that is aged from the outside in. The mold and cultures that are added to the cheese during the cheese-making process form a bloomy exterior on the outside and creamy interior as the cheese ages.

All cheeses made by our supplier Käserei Champignon are made using pasteurized and rBST-free milk from cows in the alpine region of Bavaria, Germany. We promise fresh quality milk in every ounce of cheese.
